So Carrie Underwood is coming to town next week for a show, She'll also be eating "Tofurky" for Thanksgiving at her family home in Checotah. Carrie has been a vegetarian for many years, and the VOO CREW wondered what a deep-fried tofu turkey would actually taste like! We had some Tulsa firefighters on hand in case the flames got outta control (after all, Sunny was doing the cooking) and we are happy to admit that Tofurky is indeed...TASTY!!! Probably not so healthy after 10 minutes in boiling peanut oil, but delicious nonetheless. Enjoy your tofeast, Carrie!
