Forecast for eastern Oklahoma and southeastern Kansas

Today is the first official day of Fall, and it will feel like anything but that! Highs will climb back into the low 90s with lots of humidity and a southernly breeze. Heat Index values will not be as high today - only in the mid 90s.

This weekend we will continue to see warmer-than-average temperatures. Highs will climb into the 90s each day until the start of next week.

There is some relief in sight by next week as a front passes through on Monday. Shower and thunderstorm chances increase Monday night into Tuesday as a strong cool front moves through the area. Highs will fall into the 70s and lows will fall into the 40s and 50s.
